ABC’s “Extreme Makeover Home Edition” rolled into Baltimore to grant the wishes of several at risk kids. Boys Hope Girls Hope was awarded the greatest gift of all, a new home from “Extreme Makeover Home Edition.” And Kiki Brown of 92Q Jams was on location less that 48 hrs before the reveal.
