Home builder?

Hi my siblings and I recently purchased a home with lot size of 9000 square feet. We are planning to tear down the old house and build 4 town houses on the lot. Does any one know of any home builder in the Southern California area that builds new homes for clients that already have a land? If yes how do we go about the process of building the homes. Thanks.

You’ll need to submit plans to the appropriate building office, get approval to build, jump through many many hoops, meet many obstacles, it’s a big project. Start with a good architect, then interview builders and get references. A good real estate attorney is a must also. Hope you have plenty of money and a few years to get the job done. Good luck.
