Custom Content used !!! Sites for the CC I used: – Mod the Sims 3 – The Sims Resource – Stylist Sims – Simcredible Designs Note: I’m having trouble uploading this house to the Sims Exchange. Could be because of the Custom Content in it. Not sure if EA Games allow houses with CC on the exchange.

His clients include ad agencies, real estate developers, builders, architects and interior designers. Alan Goldstein has more than 25 years of experience in this specialized field. He is a member of Advertising Photographers of America and is a Gold Award winner in the 2010 Graphis Photography Annual.
*EDIT JAN 11TH, ’09* Warner Music Group decided they didn’t want people to listen to a song that was featured in the background of this Sims fan video, so unfortunately all audio had to be removed. It’s petty and stupid I know, but hey. The hundreds of other videos on this site with music from warner-signed artists are obviously just not important to them.
