Extreme Makeover: Home Edition took a trip to Georgia to surprise the Williams Family of Pine Mountain Valley. With medical bills slowing things down for the family (their son Jacob has a disease which cause paralysis & the father, Jeremy, was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s Disease) the Williams family home has fallen into disrepair. The EMHE Team is joined by Michael Oher and Leigh Anne & Sean Tuohy (made famous from the movie “The Blind Side”). The new kitchen features faux Pecky Cypress beams and the Hayloft Room, for daughter Josie, makes use of faux timber beams and Rustic Barn Wood faux panels from FauxPanels.com.

ABC’s Extreme Makeover show recently (July 2011) provided a new home for a Navy Veteran who gives shelter to other homeless women vets and their families. We look at the project from the perspective of Time Warner Cable. This was produced for TWC’s show, Around Carolina.
