My fiancee and I just bought a new house and are wanting to update it and add some personality to it. We would like for the living room to have a wooden lodge/ cabin feel. Very nature orientated with lots of wood accents. We already have the furniture but are looking for ways to decorate that fit our low budget. Does anyone have any ideas or know of a website with good ideas?

I once saw a working phone booth, with door and all, incorporated into a living room in an interior design magazine. I am currently planning designs for my basement-party-lounge room, and think this design element would be a great conversation piece for guests. Living room 4 double rows of windows facing east and two facing north [each has 2 windows one above the other], metal frames,85" high 45" wide; dining room has 4 single window rows facing east. We have very high energy bills because of air conditioning and the sun bleaches the wooden windows. We do not want to replace the windows but we would consider a coating or even motorized storm windows that we could leave down during the day or half=way down.
I am willing to pay as much, i was thinking 7500 square foot, 7 bedrooms, library, home theater, fitness room, recreation room, nice kitchen, den, living room, and 5 bathrooms, family room, nice good size kitchen..study room and office, oh yea and of course a pool inside the house!
