Early this Spring, nine-year-old Anaiah Rucker pushed her little sister Camry out of the path of an oncoming truck while walking to school. But Anaiah was hit instead, losing a leg and a kidney. Extreme Makeover Home Edition heard the story and came to Madison, GA on July 10, 2011 to surprise Anaiah Rucker and her family with the news that she would be getting a new home. Pilot Builders and Smart Properties joined forces and led the incredible build team. Hundreds of volunteers, local businesses and builders pitched in around the clock on this amazing project, in temperatures that reached into the 100′s. Im a soldier headed to iraq, I sold my home with the intention of a PCS upon return, my wife found a luxury townhome (240,000) for lease at 1300.00 per month next to Notre Dame, my problem is the leasing company agent that manages the property is flaky and a realtor told me she was being fired because of her lack to lease the townhomes at 1600 per month. The owners obviously have a big mortage, so they want her replaced, she tells me that the owner will accept 1300 for 1 of the property at a 12 mth lease, but im afraid that the owners are willing to take a 300-400 loss during the winter and because of the slow sales market, i feel that if im gone 18 mths, that they will wait until the market gets better or for the prime move time for graduate notre dame students then boot her out for more money, what would you do? my wife loves it and she says its all about me when really she isnt being rational as she and my 2 girls could be kicked out while im deployed, its only a 1 year lease
