Features: 6 bedrooms, 2 full/2 half baths, 3 large walk in closets, sun room, hot tub, full court basketball court, creak, pond, large two car garage, pool table/ping pong room, laundry room with laundry chute, large attic, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, formal living, and dining, sitting rooms, home theater/large family room, and spiral staircase. Hi my siblings and I recently purchased a home with lot size of 9000 square feet. We are planning to tear down the old house and build 4 town houses on the lot. Does any one know of any home builder in the Southern California area that builds new homes for clients that already have a land? If yes how do we go about the process of building the homes. Thanks.
